It sounds like some big changes are coming to Pokemon Go as a new data mine points to players being able to evolve the monsters they catch into more evolved forms. Community site The Silph Road has been digging into the mobile game's latest update, and in there they've found that The King's Rock, Sun Stone, Dragon Scale, Metal Coat, and Upgrade items have all been patched in during a recent update.

That strongly suggests that evolutions of existing Pokemon will be added to the much talked about the
game and that's certainly one way of making sure that players choose to stick around for the long haul.

Interestingly, they've also discovered files
related to forms of the mysterious Pokemon Unown. Unown is currently not available in Pokemon Go, but this latest leak indicates that may not be the case for long, something which is sure to get fans of the franchise excited. Avatar customization options, more code for shiny and gendered Pokemon, and assets for 38 new moves have also been found b the site.

The update only recently arrived, but none of these additions
are currently available. With any luck, they'll be added soon, but we'll just have to wait to hear something official from Nintendo about that.
