The first Assassin's Creed Origins DLC, The Hidden Ones was a mixed bag but there's a chance that after the fascinating Discovery Tour, the next DLC will be much more successful. The Curse of the Pharaohs won't match its pivotal release date on March 6th and after small delay, it will launch on March 13, 2018. The DLC gives players a chance to visit Thebes in order to find a mystical, powerful artifact.
The quest won't be easy as the army of undead soldiers will rise again under the command of cursed Pharaohs. The rumor says that it has something to do with the robbed tombs from The Valley of the Kings. To face the immortal overlords, Bayek will have to master seven new abilities. For example, one of them will increase damages after dodging heavy attacks. Check out the new gameplay down below:
This new expansion offers players a completely new storyline to delve into as they travel to Thebes to investigate an ancient curse that is plaguing the region. The Curse of the Pharaohs focuses on Egyptian mythology, pitting players against famous pharaohs and Egyptian beasts, as they investigate the cause of the curse that has brought the dead pharaohs back to life. This new piece of content will increase the level cap to 55 and give players access to new outfits and gear, including rare and legendary weapons, all themed around classic Egyptian mythology.
