Earlier in September of this year, Ubisoft surprised Nintendo Switch owners with the news that
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and
Assassin's Creed: Rogue were going to be releasing for the handheld/hybrid console in the form of a convenient collection.
Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collection is not only a collection that includes the previously mentioned titles, as it is also offering some new fetures that are unique to the Nintendo Switch version, such as motion controls, an optimised HUD, taking full advantage of the controller's HD Rumble, touch screen interface, and the ability to play both games on-the-go.
This collection is also including all of the previously released downloadable content, so players will not have to pay extra to get the complete
Assassin's Creed experience, which has just become available today in both physical and digital form.
It is also worth mentioning that
Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collection also includes audio packs in French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Japanese, but these have to be downloaded manually from the Nintendo Switch eShop; don't worry, these are still free to download once your purchase the game.
