Ubisoft’s ASSASSIN’S CREED COMPILATION Has Been Leaked By German Media Markt

It looks like Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and mobile Rebellion are not the only new AC games, as a German retailer has listed Assassin’s Creed: Compilation for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch...

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has announced that no new Assassin's Creed games will be released in 2019, but it looks like players will have a chance to purchase a collection of older AC games instead, as German retailer Media Markt has listed an Assassin’s Creed Compilation for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and, what's most interesting, Nintendo Switch. The page includes a tentative March 29 release date.

No further information is provided, including which titles would potentially be included. Considering that this Assassin’s Creed Compilation will apparently be available on Switch, we should forget about finding last year's Assassin's Creed: Origins and still fresh Odyssey in the package, as Switch's well-known technical limitations might be too challenging for Ubisoft and their porting teams.

A collection of Climax Studios' Assassin's Creed: China, India and Russia sounds most likely, but the fact that it's already available as a trilogy on PS4, PC, and XO makes us doubt that Ubisoft would re-release it once again. As of now, this complication may include following titles: Assassin's Creed (2007), AC II, Brotherhood, Revelations, AC: III, Liberation, AC IV: Black Flag, AC: Rogue, AC: Unity, and Syndicate.
