A couple of weeks ago, Ubisoft and Amazon teamed up to bring us Alexios, Alexa's Spartan equivallent, in a hilarious trailer that had the Spartan warrior guiding players in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, as well as telling them bed stories, and other fun things that Spartans probably did back in their day.
The Alexios commercial was an instant hit, proving that the marketing team at Ubisoft is just as skilled as the developers themselves—who have been getting a lot of praise, lately, due to the game receiving great reviews all-around. Needless to say, the Alexios commercial was simply fun, and hilarious—which led the internet to do what it does best, be the internet; with some comments about the video that were simply hilarious.
Today, Ubisoft has released a new video that has Alexios responding to some of the comments the commercial got. Ubisoft has really raised the bar now, delivering a video even more hilarious than the original Alexios commercial. They even respond to some of the fans' most recurrent complaint like Assassin's Creed Odyssey not featuring any assassins, or when the clamoured Assassin's Creed Japan will finally be announced...if ever.
People have been asking, for the longest time, for a cinematic trailer for Assassin's Creed Odyssey but, truth be told, these Alexios videos are already better, and way funnier, than any other cinematic trailer the Assassin's Creed series has ever delivered.
