During Marvel Games Creative Director Bill Rosemann's “World Building the Marvel Way” D.I.C.E. 2017 panel, he briefly teased what the company is developing with Telltale Games for their Guardians of the Galaxy collaboration. Rosemann stated that the game will look to answer 4 primary questions about Marvel's band of intergalactic anti-heroes. “
We are really taking it seriously and focusing on each character. Who are they? What do they want? How are they a family? What could tear that family apart?”

Given that details still remain scarces following the project's official unveiling back in December, most gamers expect a Holiday 2017 release for the first installment.
