It's official, Mark Hamill confirmed last week that he will no longer be the voice behind The Joker.
Hamill, who was the voice behind The Joker in
Batman: The Animated Series, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, other animated features, and more recently Rocksteady's critically acclaimed
Batman: Arkham Asylum and the recently released
Batman: Arkham City, made the official announcement last week via his official Twitter account (HamillHimself).
Hello/Goodbye Joker! I've enjoyed every minute behind the wheel of the Crown Prince's crazy car- I'm going to miss him more than I can say!!
According to an interview conducted during this year's New York Comic-Con, Hamill has expressed interest in directing.
