Last week's launch of
Hitman 2 was just a beginning of your new deadly journey, as developer IO Interactive is planning to support the sandbox title for years to come. While
Hitman 2 already features "
400+ Challenges" and "
100+ Hours of Gameplay," the studio will add new content at regular intervals, meaning that once you start your
Hitman 2 playthrough, it may last until the launch of
Hitman 3.
One of the first post-launch additions is the
Legacy Pack that is available to all
Hitman Season One players. The pack offer the updated graphics, mechanics, and AI that will bring about an entirely new experience. As a reminder, unlike the series' most recent reboot, the sequel is non-episodic, but it doesn't mean that IO won't give players a chance to discover new
Hitman 2 gear and locations.
One of the upcoming expansions will give you a chance to summon your inner Predator, while IO is slowly teasing the imminent appearance of Batman, as Agent 47 throws a batarang in the latest overview trailer. A Bruce Wayne cameo wouldn't be surprising, as
Hitman 2 is distributed by WB., a company that owns all DC characters. Be sure to check out the aforementioned trailer down below:
