Hitman 2's current Metacritic score (81%) suggests that developer IO Interactive has managed to craft a worthy successor to 2016's sleeper hit. Unlike the series' most recent reboot, the sequel is non-episodic, which means that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will release the entire story at once when the game finally debuts on November 13, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Warner Bros. has released the second launch trailer for
Hitman 2, but it sadly doesn't feature Sean Bean's Mark "The Undying" Faba flushing down the toilet, as the new trailer focuses on pure gameplay, showcasing six exotic locations you will have a chance to visits during your
Hitman 2 playthrough. Those locations include Colombia, New Zealand, Miami, North Atlantic, Mumbai, and Vermont, USA.
According to IO Interactive
, Hitman 2 also features "400+ Challenges" and "100+ Hours of Gameplay." While the replayability factor always was one of the series' strengths, it's hard to imagine a player spending approximately 16 hours in one location, but there surely are people that are still replaying the
Sapienza level from the last
Hitman, so maybe there is some truth in that statement. Take a look:
