Now that Hideo Kojima is a free man, he can actively promote his next game, and that is the suitably weird looking Death Stranding. Featuring an in game version of Pacific Rim director Guillermo Del Toro, Hannibal and Doctor Strange star Mads Mikkelsen also appears in a key role. He joins The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus, proving that video games are now every bit as star studded as film and TV.

Death Stranding was announced during this year's E3, and while it will be PlayStation 4 console exclusive, it will also be released on PC. Plot details are scarce and this trailer doesn't exactly spill the beans on what it will deliver. However, with an expected release date of 2019, it's going to be a very long time before we get to actually play it. Check out the teaser and then let us know your thoughts.
