Capcom has announced that three updated Resident Evil titles will be arriving later this year for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S - Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 7 biohazard.
Capcom has also released some screenshots for the updated titles to show off the new 4K graphics. Make sure and check them out below!
All three titles have been developed with Capcom's proprietary RE Engine and have been upgraded for the latest generation of gaming consoles with cutting-edge features including ray tracing, high frame rates, and 3D audio. PlayStation 5 players will also enjoy DualSense support for Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers.
Previous owners of Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 7 biohazard on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One are eligible for a free upgrade through the PS4 to digital PS5 upgrade option or Xbox Smart Delivery.
An upgrade patch will also be available for PC users at no additional cost.
