Terminull Brigade, the adrenaline-pumping co-op roguelite shooter from Pew Pew Games, is set to make its first public splash with a free playable demo during Steam Next Fest, running from June 9 through June 16. Check out the cinematic trailer down below:

Debuting just months ahead of its full free-to-play launch later this year, Terminull Brigade brings together fast-paced shooting, co-op synergy, and roguelite progression inside a stunning futuristic digital world. The public demo offers players a first look at its hero roster, neon-lit battlefields, and evolving wave-based challenges.

What to Expect in the Demo

During the Steam Next Fest demo period, players can download and play two full maps and three playable characters:

  • Heyneckes: A brash, ranged gunslinger built for high-output damage from afar.
  • Aurora: An esports legend turned defensive support, specializing in control and utility abilities.
  • Blade: A close-combat katana-wielder who thrives on aggressive mobility and brutal finishers.

The two maps available Futuristic City and Wasteland will offer players vastly different experiences. From the vertical mayhem of megastructures to desolate arenas packed with ambush points, players will need to think fast and adapt their strategies. Each map features multiple difficulty tiers, unlocking new challenges as players conquer each level.

The Perks System allows deep customization, enabling players to build new playstyles on each run. Whether boosting offensive firepower, defensive resilience, or synergy with teammates, no two runs are the same.

About the Game

Terminull Brigade is set in a sprawling sci-fi universe known as the Nullverse, where corrupted algorithms and digital overlords threaten the balance of existence. Players join the Rogueteers, a strike force of unique heroes tasked with diving into hostile virtual worlds and freeing enslaved realms from shadow-code corruption.

Designed for solo play or co-op with friends, every dive into the Nullverse promises:

  • Randomized enemies and challenges
  • Unique Rogueteers with evolving backstories and skill trees
  • Powerful loot crafting and modding systems
  • Tactical boss battles that test team synergy

According to Pew Pew Games, the game has been in active community testing since its first alpha in December 2024, building a passionate fanbase around its stylish presentation and gameplay depth.

Demo Launch Window

This Steam Next Fest demo is your first chance to join the Rogueteers and test your mettle in the face of overwhelming digital chaos. Whether playing solo or with friends, Terminull Brigade promises high-octane action, endless build potential, and an evolving sci-fi world where every run shapes your journey.

Players can access the demo June 9–16 on Steam. The full game is set to launch later this year on PC as a free-to-play title.
