Thanks to the near-universal praise for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and some absolutely stunning trailers, the anticipation for CD Projekt Red's newest game, Cyberpunk 2077, is unsurprisingly high.
However, while the publisher is still working hard to make sure the game is ready for its currently unknown release date, one member of their team is leaving the Polish video game company for a new employer.
As reported by PC Gamer, the LinkedIn profile for Cyberpunk 2077 writer Sebastian Stepien confirms that he is now employed at Blizzard Entertainment as a creative director.
Stepien's time at CD Projekt Red began 13 years ago in 2006, and after 4 years he was promoted from writer to lead story designer, working on notable titles including the beloved The Witcher trilogy.
