Yesterday we finally found out that Bethesda and id Software's
DOOM Eternal would be releasing for home consoles and PC on the
22nd of November, after having been revealed during last year's E3 and getting fans of the iconic demon-slaying series excited to see more.
With the official release date announcement, we got a fantastic new story trailer for
DOOM Eternal — which featured the Doom Slayer doing what he does best: making demons wish they were back in Hell. The trailer wasn't, however, the only thing that Bethesda revealed for
DOOM Eternal, as they also confirmed that a Multiplayer mode was also going to be included.
DOOM Eternal will introduce an interesting 2 vs 1 multiplayer mode in the form of
Battlemode, which will have one player taking on the role of a fully armed Doom Slayer, and fighting against two player-controlled demons for over three rounds of first-person combat that playes exactly like the main game.
Check it out:
DOOM Eternal puts you in control of the DOOM Slayer as you blow apart new and classic demons with powerful weapons in unbelievable and never-before-seen worlds. Experience the ultimate combination of speed and power as you rip and tear your way across dimensions with the next leap in push-forward, first-person combat.
DOOM Eternal will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 22nd of November.
