Mario Party is Nintendo's very own multiplayer party game that was first released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998. Since its release the game has seen several sequels that feature newer and more interesting mini games than previous iterations—or at least we would like to believe that.

The Mario Party games have definitely seen a declien in quality over the last few years but all of that looks like is about to change very soon as Nintendo officially announced that a new Mario Party is making its way into the Nintendo Switch.

Super Mario Party is the next entry in the Mario Party series and will be coming exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 5th of October. The game seems to be focusing heavily on the use of the Joy-Con Controller's HD Rumble feature, as well as its motion controls—which will definitely make the game one of Nintendo's most creative games yet.

As usual, Super Mario Party will focus on multiplayer minigames that will hopefully also give players the choice to play online, as well as with friends in some classic couch gaming sessions.

The Mario Party™ series is coming to the Nintendo Switch™ system with super-charged fun for everyone! The original board game style has been kicked up a notch with deeper strategic elements, like specific Dice Blocks for each character.

Super Mario Party will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 5th of October.
