During their Nintendo Direct presentation for this year's E3, Nintendo took their time to focus on the long-awaited
Luigi's Mansion 3 — a direct sequel to the Nintendo 3DS'
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon — and there are a bunch of things that were revealed.
For starters, Luigi is now equippedw with the new Poltergust G-00(we all see what you're doing here, Nintendo) — which allows Luigi to stun the ghosts, and even smash them on the floor to pack a few extra punches and catch them more easily.
Perhaps the most interesting new feature is the inclusion of Gooigi as a character, who can go through tight spaces with ease and help Luigi solve puzzles he couldn't solve on his own.The game will also be featuring a multiplayer mode similar to that introduced in
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.
Check it out:
Wield the upgraded Poltergust G-00 to slam and blow away the ghosts’ defenses, or summon Gooigi, an all-green doppelganger that can help Luigi overcome obstacles he can’t get past alone. In ScareScraper mode, race the timer to clear various objectives on a series of floors with up to 8 players. Luigi’s Mansion 3 will suddenly appear on the Nintendo Switch this holiday 2019!
Luigi's Mansion 3 still dokesn't have an official release date but it will be available in 2019.
