Jump Force is a fighting game developed by Bandai Namco that brings together characters from Shōnen Jump like
Naruto,
Dragon Ball,
One Piece,
Bleach,
Hunter x Hunter, and
Death Note in order to save our universe as their very own universes collide.
Not much is know about the game's story other than the fact that they will be brought together to prevent the destruction of the universe and save humankind. The roster is already a dream come true for many fans of their respective anime/mangas, and gameplaywise the game looks solid—which is something Bandai Namco excels at.
What we haven't heard much about, no pun intended, is the game's music; getting a few glimpses here and there from the trailers. The music in the trailers seem to have bits and pieces of all of the franchises being used in the game.
Today, we found out that
Jump Force will be featuring music composed by the Hungarian Philharmonic Orchestra—giving the game a sense of epicness worthy of the crossover itself.
While this isn't confirmed by any means, the theme Bandai Namco has released for
Jump Force today could end up being the game's main theme, and it sounds magnificently heroic, and for good reason. Goku, Naruto, and Luffy are some of the most heroic characters in Shōnen Jump's history, and the Hungarian Philharmonic Orchestra has done a great job capturing that.
Universes collide as legendary manga heroes and villains are transported to our reality. Massive battles fill epic locales as good and evil clashes, while humankind hangs in the balance.
Jump Force will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019.
