DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ Is Poised To Take EVO 2018 By Storm

EVO co-founder Joey Cuellar just revealed a rather interesting statistic about this year's big tournament. It seems most fighters are registering to compete in Dragon Ball FighterZ, with Stree Fighter V: Arcade Edition a distant second. Exact numbers were not disclosed but it's rather unexpected to see FighterZ in the top slot.

EVO is an open tournament so there's no need to pre-qualify for the tournament.  FighterZ taking the top spot speaks to the Arc System Works' popularity as some game communities have reported waning interest in the title since its launch.

Registration ends for EVO on July 19, 2017, 11:59PM PDT.
