Scans from a Japanese video game and manga magazine have leaked online, confirming that the next DLC for the
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot open-world RPG will venture beyond
DBZ, into the world of
Dragon Ball Super.
One of the images on the game's spread page specifically mentions DLC and shows a picture of the homeworld of the
God of Destruction, Lord Beerus. The character was first introduced in DBZ lore in the anime film,
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. The new character was strong enough to easily defeat Super Saiyan 3 Goku and the rest of the Z-Fighters. Despite Battle of Gods having Dragon Ball Z in its title, the anime film actually served as the starting point for the belove anime series' sequel, Dragon Ball Super.
