Dragon Ball FighterZ keeps getting new characters for its very ambitious roster almost on the regular. Back in January we were introduced to Videl and Jiren as two of the newest additions — with the
Dragon Ball Super version of Broly and Gogeta SSGSS teased to be on their way.
According to the latest issue of Monthly V-Jump,
Dragon Ball FighterZ will be getting Kid Goku from the
Dragon Ball GT series, as the first character from the rather controversial series to make it into the game's roster.
As per the description of the character, Kid Goku's moveset will include the Super Kamehameha as his special move, which will also transform him into Super Saiyan 3 if there's two or less members of the team remaining. Goku's Meteor will be the Super Spirit Bomb, and other attacks include the Power Pole and Reverse Kamehameha moves.
Bandai Namco has yet to officially announce this news, but some fans will still appreciate that
Dragon Ball GT is finally getting some representation in Bandai Namco and Arc System Works' acclaimed
Dragon Ball FighterZ.
After the success of the Xenoverse series, it’s time to introduce a new classic 2D DRAGON BALL fighting game for this generation’s consoles. DRAGON BALL FighterZ is born from what makes the DRAGON BALL series so loved and famous: endless spectacular fights with its allpowerful fighters.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
