Dragon Ball FighterZ is finally adding that tag-team multiplayer mode that was promised, and it will definitely make the game even more enjoyable than it already is. The two new modes added are
Party Battle Mode and
FighterZ Cup and in the latest video released by Bandai Namco we are introduced to
Party Battle Mode, which has become
available today.
Game Producer at Bandai Namco, Tomoko Hiroki, gives us a first look at
Party Battle Mode and introduces the first Online Event in
Dragon Ball FighterZ. This new mode allows players to either join a team or recruit theit own team members. Within these team settings players can adjust the number of consecutive wins needed(as well as the difficulty level), add a team password, recquire certain skill requirements to join their team, and even select the region they want their team to be from.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is also getting a limited-time Online Event that will see players teaming up in groups of 3 to fight an army of strong enemies. The number of enemies defeated will be linked across the world so the number of players that partake in thisevent, and their cooperation will be important for the event. The very first event is called "
The Emperor Strikes Back" in which Frieza will be showing up numerous times during these fights so keep an eye out and defeat him as much as you can. This event starts
now and will be available until the
21st of May 11:00 PM PT.
