In April of this year, Bandai Namco surprised players by announcing that a Nintendo Switch version of Spike Chunsoft's ambitious crossover fighting title Jump Force was currently in development, in the form of a Deluxe Edition, and that the game was expected to launch at some point in 2020.
Bandai Namco and Spike Chunsoft have also revealed that Jump Force Deluxe Edition is targeting to run at 30 frames per second in 1080p when docked and 30 frames per second in 720p when played in handheld mode — although some visual downgrades are to be expected due to the Nintendo Switch's limitations; when compared to other platforms, of course.
Besides technical limitations, the developers reassure players that Jump Force Deluxe Edition still provides players with the same action-packed, and over the top fights that can be expected from a game featuring some of the most popular anime characters in history.
Today we have some great news for Nintendo Switch owners who have been anticipating the release of Jump Force Deluxe Edition, as Bandai Namco has revealed that the game will be officially hitting store shelves on the 28th of August; giving players to battle their friends on the go.
With the announcement, Bandai Namco also released an action-packed trailer to give players an idea of what to expect from Jump Force Deluxe Edition, so be sure to check it out down below and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
