It looks like Capcom has some problems with getting their act together after Christmas, as the Japanese company officially announced their collaboration with Ubisoft on
Monster Hunter: World a day after the all-new content inspired by
Assassin's Creed has been brought to all players. The themed items are available now through January 10, 2019 on PS4 and Xbox One, and will come to PC at a later date.
After completing a new
SDF: Silent, Deadly, and Fierce quest,
Monster Hunter: World players will have a chance to claim two equally useful items: the “
Bayek Layered Armor” and the specialized tool “
Assassin’s Hood," that increases movement speed and allows the player to hide even quicker. This armor is reminiscent of Ezio Auditore‘s and requires 2 Senu’s Feathers to unlock, just like Bayek's.
Following the inclusion of a special
Final Fantasy XIV event and the announcement of the upcoming
The Witcher III: Wild Hunt crossover, it's great to see
Monster Hunter: World being supported with quality content, as Capcom's decision to collaborate with Square Enix, CD Projekt Red, and most recently Ubisoft surely makes promoting the already vastly popular title a lot easier. Take a look:
Battle gigantic monsters in epic locales. As a hunter, you'll take on quests to hunt monsters in a variety of habitats. Take down these monsters and receive materials that you can use to create stronger weapons and armor in order to hunt even more dangerous monsters. In Monster Hunter: World, the latest installment in the series, you can enjoy the ultimate hunting experience, using everything at your disposal to hunt monsters in a new world teeming with surprises and excitement.
Monster Hunter: World is available for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One NOW!
