It seems that Ed Boon as, once again, decided to tease fans of the
Mortal Kombat series; this time low-key implying that the trailer for
Mortal Kombat 11's Nightwolf could be dropping as soon as this Thursday.
According to Boon's tweet, we should be keeping our fingers crossed for "
The Wolf" to be sent; but sent where? The most interesting part of this tease is that EVO 2019 begins this Friday, so maybe he's implying that we will see a trailer for the DLC character at some point during the event.
Just a week ago, the
official release date for Nightwolf seemed to had been leaked via Nintendo's official website; the caveat was that the information hinted at the character becoming available on the 13th of August as early access for players who had already purchased the game's Kombat Pack.
If the leaked information on Nintendo's website is to be believed, fans who haven't purchased the
Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack will still have to wait for a few more weeks until they can get to play as Nightwolf; the good news is that we may finally get that long-awaited trailer before EVO 209 wraps up.
