Jump Force is the greatest anime crossover fighting game ever made, and Bandai Namco has made sure to include some of the most popular characters from Shōnen Jump. The game will be releasing in February and it seems like the developers still have a few more cards up their sleeves in order to surprise fans.
While we have known, pretty much from the beginning, that Goku and Vegeta would be joining the roster in
Jump Force, we weren't sure if they would be able to use the most recent transformation from the anime: the Super Saiyan Blue form. In September we finally got confirmation that these transformations would become available, and these would not be different characters, but real in-game transformations for Goku and Vegeta.
Bandai Namco has recently released a new trailer for
Jump Force, showing off Super Saiyan Blue forms for both Goku and Vegeta, as well as introducing us to Golden Frieza as one of the transformations for the iconic
Dragon Ball Z villain. All of these transformations are exactly that, transformations, and players will be able to unleash the power of the Super Saiyan Blue or Frieza's Gold form when
Jump Force releases on the
15th of February in 2019.
Take a look:
Universes collide as legendary manga heroes and villains are transported to our reality. Massive battles fill epic locales as good and evil clashes, while humankind hangs in the balance.
Jump Force will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 15th of February.
