We're still a little ways away from the first official DLC drop for
Call of Duty: WWII, but a data mine of the game has given us a few thing to look forward to, including new modes and weapons. The discovery was originally revealed by YouTuber
IAMJarni whose video was removed, but later uploaded by MP1st.
The video starts out by showcasing Gun Game, the classic mode where players compete to be the first to earn a kill with each weapon in the game. Other modes include Infected, Control, and Lockdown. In terms of weapons, we get a glimpse of the Gewehr 43 and Sten. Check out the video below for a look at some of the content coming to
Call of Duty: WWII.
Unfortunately, we don't yet know how this content will be released in the game or how it'll be obtained. Presumably some of it will be offered as part of future DLC packs, although it's possible it could come via Supply Drops or maybe added for free. Neither Activision nor developer Sledgehammer have responded to the leak.
