Destiny 2's first expansion pack will go live on December 5th at 9am PST. Destiny fans will finally access new locations such as Mercury. It is here where players will go in search of the long-lost Guardian, Osiris. In addition, new weapons and armor will be provided. Plus, 2 multiplayer maps will be included.

Here is the official description for the expansion.

"The Vex are on the march, and our only hope to stop them may lie with Osiris, the notorious heretic and most powerful Warlock in the history of the Last City. On your quest to find him, you'll meet new characters, explore new places, tackle new challenges, and earn some sweet new loot."
