Dreams officially released on February 14th (just two days ago). It's less so a traditional game in and of itself but rather a toolkit and engine for players to craft their own experiences — and play games made by others. It took about a decade for Media Molecule (the creators of
LittleBigPlanet and
Tearaway) to develop and now it's finally here — within the hands of PlayStation 4 players.
Though it has been available in Early Access for about a year's time now,
Dreams has really been kicked into gear by the game's proper release. New players are discovering what many have been working on for a while now. One particular creation that has rightly gone viral online as of late is a picture-perfect recreation of
Fallout 4.
That's a hefty claim, to be sure, but you'll undoubtedly be impressed and inspired upon seeing the creation in action for yourself. It's a work-in-progress (as are most creations within
Dreams) but it's amazing nonetheless.

Dreams.
The latest evolution of the studio’s Play, Create, Share experience; Dreams also gives you the opportunity to unleash your creativity, building, sharing and bringing your own ideas – or Dreams – to life in the online Dreamiverse platform, all with the easy-to-use, innovative tools Dreams was created with. From games to gadgets, music to movies, puzzles to paintings and literally anything in-between… this is a beautiful playground of creativity where everything is possible.
Dreams is exclusively available for the PlayStation 4.
