Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 kicked off today and it's one big party on the battle royale island. Everyone is making their way to the party and that includes Darth Vader.
The Sith Lord has arrived as part of the Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass and fittingly follows Obi-Wan's addition last season. His timely arrival is, no doubt, linked to his appearance in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series currently streaming on Disney+.
Darth Vader becomes unlockable once you reach the 100th tier of the Battle Pass, which means you'll have to play quite a bit before you can turn to the Dark Side of the Force. Alternatively, you can spend some extra V-Bucks to skip through some of the tiers and get to him sooner. In addition to Lord Vader, there are several other Star Wars-themed cosmetics including a wrap, glider, emote, and more.
Darth Vader isn't the only recognizable movie icon coming to Fortnite this season. Indiana Jones will also be jumping into the battle royale action later on. The Indiana Jones skin looks exactly like Harrison Ford and is considered this season's bonus or "secret" skin.
According to the in-game battle pass menu, players won't be able to unlock the Indiana Jone skin until midseason, or July 7 at the earliest. Like Darth Vader, Indiana Jones will come with his own set of cosmetics, including his signature whip that acts as his pickaxe. There will be 11 Indiana Jones cosmetics in total, although we don't quite know how we'll be able to unlock them just yet.
