FORTNITE High Stakes Challenges And Rewards Revealed

This weekend, Epic Games detailed the new High Stakes event coming to Fortnite this week. The upcoming event will introduce the Wildcard Outfit and Getaway Limited Time Mode along with special challenges and rewards. Epic Games has finally revealed what those challenges will be along with the rewards you'll get for completing them.

For those who missed it, Getaway is a special mode that involves you and your squad locating a safe (supply drop), securing the jewel, and returning to a bus to make your getaway. Keep in mind, other squads are trying to stop you to get the safe for themselves.  The High Stakes event will offer three challenges revolving around the Getaway LTM. Each will offer a unique reward upon completion.



This challenges is probably the easiest, and only requires that you play 10 matches of Getaway LTM. You'll receive an easy 5,000 XP which can go towards leveling up your account and unlocking the customization options for the Battle Pass outfits.



This one is a little more difficult because it requires that you find someone carrying a jewel. You must deal 500 damage to jewel carrying opponents and you'll be rewarded with a spray that includes all four suits of a card set.



This one is also fairly difficult. You must pick up a jewel in five different matches of Getaway. If you do so, you'll be rewarded with the awesome Money trail which is shown off when jumping from the bus at the beginning of matches.

There is one final High Stakes challenge, but it doesn't require anything actually within the game. To unlock the the Crowbar axe (pickaxe), you must simply complete all three challenges.



Fortnite's High Stakes event will go live sometime this week. Unfortunately, we don't know how long it'll be live for. What do you think of the incoming event so far?
