Fortnite has brought back its Reboot a Friend program with the launch of Chapter 2 Season 6. This program lets players invite friends and earn rewards as they play and advance in level. Players who haven't jumped in the battle royale giant for 30 or more days are eligible to join this program. The Reboot a Friend program will take place from April 6 to April 26.

Players are able to invite up to 3 friends and earn in-game rewards such as the Toxic Flash Glider, heartbeat Wrap, Plasma Carrot Pickaxe and the Reboot Spray. You earn 100 points for playing the first game with a "rebooted" friend. 10 points are granted for every game you play with a member of the "rebooted" squad.

However, Epic Games knows that not everyone has friends that have not played in 30 days or more. 10 points will be granted for players that invite anyone in the friend's list and play games. The 100 points will not be able for this method. Here is the link for anyone that wants to get started "rebooting" friends.

Fortnite is still going strong with updates such as changes to the Battle Royale map, weapon adjustments, sprays, skins and many more in-game items. The game is free to play and available for the PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile. Keep it here for more information on future programs like the Reboot a Friend.
