Epic Games has announced the worldwide release of Fortnite Battle Royale on mobile across all supported iOS devices. The developer today lifted the invite requirements, which means if you have one of the supported iOS devices, you can now log in and play the addicting 100-player battle royale game on the go. As a reminder, this is the same game that's available on PC and consoles, but now playable from anywhere on your mobile device (just try to stay off it in class!)
Fortnite Battle Royale requires an internet connection and iOS 11. It works with the following iOS devices: iPhone SE, 6S, 7, 8, X; iPad Mini 4, Air 2, 2017, and Pro. It does not support iPhone 5S, 6 Plus; iPad Air, Mini 2, Mini 3, or iPod Touch.
Epic says Android support for
Fortnite Battle Royale is coming
"within the next few months." In the meantime, Android users can
sign up to be notified when their Android device is supported.
