Orisa's changes include a 20% increase to the projectile speed of her Fusion Driver, thus increasing her lethality at all ranges by amping up her damage output and ease-of-use with tracking and leading her shots. Orisa's tanking capability grows with the 20% increase in size of her Protective Barrier, as well as, a change in shape allowing for coverage from enemies beneath it; the bigger barrier will allow for more teammates to comfortably move around inside its coverage, as opposed to the current state where it provides limited protection. These changes will hopefully truly make her the 'anchor' tank that Blizzard intended her to be.
Roadhog is receiving changes that don't effect his conversial hook. Blizzard have looked into his defensive, tanking applicability and have decided to allow Roadhog to move whilst using his Take a Breather, whilst also taking 50% less damage during the process. This change allows Roadhog to be more aggressive by tanking with his body and getting up close and personal with enemies.
Junkrat is now even more destructive with 2 Concussion Mines on cooldown. This not only increases his potential damage output, but also increases his mobility allowing him to be whereever he wants whenever he wants. On top of this, Junkrat's ultimate RIP-Tire has gained a 30% increase in movement speed and no longer has a time limit to climbing walls making it a fast and truly deadly ultimate.
Lastly, Widowmaker will receive a huge buff to her mobility with a decrease in the cooldown of her Grappling Hook from 12 seconds to 8 seconds. This change will give her more of a chance to escape when an enemy dives on her and will allow her to reposition herself for the next assault more frequently. Widowmaker's overlooked Venom Mine is also receiving a buff which makes enemies affected by it visable through walls for Widowmaker.
The focus on Widowmaker continues with the inclusion of her home as a map...
Chateau Guillard is located in France and is Widowmaker's ancestral home. The map is exclusive to the new Deathmatch modes.
