Overwatch Archives, the lore-based seasonal event in Blizzard's competitive shooter, is now live. As Blizzard has been detailing the past few weeks, Overwatch Archives provides the opportunity for players to go back in time and relive critical moments in Overwatch history.

Last year's even brought us Uprising, a co-op Arcade brawl mode in which four players could team and fight through the streets of King's Row to quell an uprising led by Null Sector, reliving Tracer's first mission. This year, we get Retribution, another four-player co-op mission that focuses on "a critical Blackwater mission that changed the future of Overwatch."

Taking place in Rialto, Venice, Retribution casts players as Blackwatch members McCree, Moira, Genji, and Reyes who are in pursuit of a high-ranking member of Talon.

In addition to the Uprising and Retribution missions, the event will also include over 160 cosmetic items. Some of these are from last year's event, while others are brand new to this year's version. Many of the cosmetics can be seen in the new trailer below.

Overwatch Archives will be available from April 10 through April 30 on all platforms.
