Bethesda Has Announced The PGL QUAKE CHAMPIONS OPEN

Developer id Software's first-person shooter video game, Quake Champions, has announced the launch of their PGL Quake Champions Open. A tournament where the best players will compete for the first place.

If the Quake Champions competitions that took place within the framework of QuakeCon 2018 were not enough for you, take into account that id Software and Bethesda are already preparing a new tournament for the FPS.

The next phase of the game's eSports scene will be the PGL Quake Champions Open, an event that will begin in just under a month. The competition will be held from October 5th to 7th in Bucharest, Romania.

The best players in the world will face each other in individual Duel format. The top 8 players will take prizes of $50,000 USD, but the winner will get a prize of $20,000 USD and a special trophy.

Online registrations for the PGL Quake Champions Open are now open. Those interested will have until September 28th to complete the process. The competition will have limited places.

The games of the tournament will be 5 minutes and will be played on maps such as Blood Covenant, Blood Run, Corrupted Keep, Ruins of Sarnath, Awoken, Vale of Pnath, Molten Falls.
