Amazon Has LEAKED A Brand New Multiplatform Video Game That Will Be Published By Bethesda
A brand new listing for a full-priced video game has been recently spotted on Amazon, suggesting that Bethesda will officially announce their next major multiplatform project in the very near future...
At the time of writing, it had been revealed that Bethesda Softworks is currently producing only five titles: Starfield, The Elder Scrolls VI (reportedly codenamed Redfall), RAGE 2, DOOM: Eternal, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood. A brand new listing for a full-priced video game has been spotted on Amazon, suggesting that Bethesda has one more project to show, and it may be revealed soon.
As noticed by Twitter user Wario64, someone had added (and instantly deleted) an all-new placeholder for a Bethesda-published game. While we know next to nothing about this unannounced project, it's a full-priced title ($59,99) that will be available in 3 different editions: Collector's, Deluxe, and Standard.
The recently leaked title is seemingly coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, so it's definitely not a VR version of one of Bethesda's oldest games (as the standard XO doesn't support VR in any capacity).
Considering that Arkane Studios and Tango Gameworks are probably working on new games, it might be a placeholder for a sequel to Dishonored 2, Prey, or maybe even The Evil Within 2. Of course, the fact that Fallout 76 is such a universally praised project suggests that Todd Howard and his crew are further modifying Creation Engine (based on Gamebryo, created in 1991) to launch Fallout 37 this fall.
