Ubisoft announced, during their E3 presentation, that the open beta for The Crew 2 will begin on June 21 - though you can pre-load the open beta through the game's official website now.
It was mentioned, during the conference, that the beta will bring about a ton more information about the upcoming game. Though it is an open beta, it will basically serve as a free demo for the game as it's official release is only a few days later - on June 29th.
The specific time that the beta will begin and end are as follows:
