It seems that
Cyberpunk 2077 indeed will be the most ambitious title in the history of the creators of the
Witcher series. CD Projekt Red has just announced the acquisition of a new studio, CD Projekt Red Wroclaw, joining the studio's divisions in Warsaw and Cracow. The developer used to be called Strange New Things, created by eighteen industry veterans who previously worked on
Hitman and
Dying Light.
“
Wroclaw is one of the biggest and most technologically advanced cities in Poland and a playing field for serious creative talent. I think the scope of our current and future projects, as well as the overall package we’re bringing in, will pull in people who were hesitant to move to Warsaw or Cracow.” said Adam Kiciński, President and Joint CEO, Cd Projekt Capital Group. “
The founding dev team of CDPR Wrocław is already pretty stellar, but I still can’t wait to see what talents we’ll discover in new people along the way," Kiciński added.
The new/old studio keeps expanding and if you want to join the talented team in Wroclaw, Poland, be sure to send your application on CDP's address,
[email protected]. We wish CDP Wroclaw all the best, hoping that they will manage do deliver a wonderful and memorable experience with
Cyberpunk 2077, that is rumored to appear at some point during this year's E3 in Los Angeles. Beep.
