A lot of Mega Man fans are praising Mega Man: Fully Charged for following the story of the Archie Comics but there seems to be just as many criticizing the footage released thus far for its static backgrounds. Still,
the fight scenes are animated fairly well and the show does have some nods to classic Mega Man lore beneath all the cheesiness.
Will Mega Man: Fully Charged gain a following or go the way of past animated Mega Man series such as the '94 animated series or 2006's Mega Man Star Force?
Mega Man: Fully Charged screened its first episode at SDCC last weekend but won't formally air on Cartoon Network until August.
