New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe was released early in January for the Nintendo Switch, as a port of the original
New Super Mario Bros. U that came out in 2012 as a launch title for the Wii U.
In spite of
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe being a port of a 6-year-old title, the game has proven to be quite the success amongst Nintendo Switch owners. In fact, the game has even managed to exceed expectations by
selling over 400 thousand copies in Japan; a bit over a month after its release.
Seeing Wii U ports being so well-received by Nintendo Switch owners is always nice, especially because these ports never got the attention they deserved on the Wii U; being one the most notable cases
Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, and now
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.
Because of all of the success that Nintendo has had with
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, the developer has decided to share a new accolades trailer in order to show off all of the great reviews the game has been getting since it was released. In case you were on the fence about getting this great title, maybe this new trailer will help you decide.
