"All aboard the hype train!" as Devolver Digital and Deadtoast have officially revealed that their over the top 2D action game
My Friend Pedro will be releasing, exclusively fore the Nintendo Switch, on the
20th of June; allowing players to take all of the game's gun-shooting action on the go.
Deadtoast has really managed to make
My Friend Pedro look like a fun game, and being able to slow down time during those heated gun fights not only is an interesting choice from a gameplay standpoint, but it is also a great visual effect that makes everything look more cinematic.
The latest trailer for
My Friend Pedro shows off everything that makes the game so appealing for fans of both the shooter and 2D platformer genres, as we see our main character gunning down enemies in what almost looks like a one shot scene from an action movie.
Check it out:
My Friend Pedro is a violent ballet about friendship, imagination, and one man’s struggle to obliterate anyone in his path at the behest of a sentient banana. The strategic use of split aiming, slow motion, and the ol’ stylish window breach create one sensational action sequence after another in an explosive battle through the violent underworld.
My Friend Pedro will release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 20th of June.
