Atlus has just revealed that they will be having some major announcements about
Persona 5R come March of next year. This new information was posted on the official Twitter account for Atlus, and the game—at the moment—is only considering a PlayStation 4 release.
While these kinds of announcements sometimes only feature the one company logo at the beginning, being in this the Sony PlayStation logo, that doesn't mean that the game will be a console exclusive title.
As a matter of fact,
Persona 5 main protagonist, Joker, has recently been announced for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a playable character, so it is very likely that the game will also end up making its way to Nintendo's handheld hybrid console.
While the announcement is completely in Japanese and doesn't seem to give away much any way, given the nature of the trailer itself, we'll have to wait for Atlus to make an official announcement later on, or simply wait until March to get some answers about the new projects they're hinting at; possibly suggesting more than one game being announced for next year.
