Pagan Online is now officially in Early Access, giving you a chance to test the hack n' slash game's core gameplay mechanics and more prominent champions ahead of its full release at some point this year.
The all-new action-RPG is being co-developed at Wargaming, a Belarusian studio responsible for the hit
World of War series (that includes
Tanks, Warplanes, and Warships), and Serbian gaming company Mad Head Games. According to Wargaming, the PC audience is hungry for something new as their
Pagan Online will deliver a mesmerizing experience, allowing you to fight other players for "
infinite loot."
Pagan Online is set in a demonic dystopian world and takes place in a pre-biblical time period, giving you a chance to put your skills to the test in brutal and satisfying combat against countless enemies and larger than life bosses. Unlike
Diablo, Pagan doesn't feature typical RPG classes, as the title’s world is inspired "
by old folks’ tales and stories our grandmothers used to tell us when we were kids."
