Astro's Playroom is one of the many games that Sony revealed when they hosted the special PlayStation 5 presentation back in June of this year, and it is a charming new title based on the adorable robot Astro from the critically praised PlayStation VR's Astro Bot.
Since the announcement, the developers have revealed that Astro's Playroom is a game that will almost serve as a tech demo for the PlayStation 5, as it will be taking full advantage of everything Sony's next-gen console has to offer.
What is probably the most interesting aspect of this charming new platformer, is that it will also be taking full advantage of the DualSense controller's haptic feedback, and now that reviews for the game have already begin to make their way online, it looks like this is the feature that most critics have been praising.
As if that wasn't enough, the developers have revealed that Astro's Playroom will be completely free for PlayStation 5 players to enjoy, and that the game will become available on the very same day the PlayStation 5 finally hits store shelves next Thursday, so there are absolutely no excuses to give the game a try.
Now that we are only a short 6 days until Astro's Playroom finally becomes available — alongside the highly anticipated PlayStation 5, of course — Sony has shared a new gameplay trailer that give us a look at some of the PlayStation-inspired levels that players will be able to explore come Thursday the 12th of November.
