Sony has finally revealed the PlayStation Plus free games lineup for next month, as January is slowly coming to an end. In February, PS+ owners will have a chance to check out at least three critically acclaimed video games: Kojima Productions'
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, IO Interactive's
Hitman, and Ubisoft Montreal's
For Honor – all available to download from Tuesday 5th February.
PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita players will also get two brand new indie titles –
Gunhouse and
Rogue Aces, while PlayStation 3 entusiasts will play
Divekick for free (also playable on PS Vita).
As with previous months, Sony will be adding two games each for PS3, while PS Vita will get three games, leaving the final line-up looking like this:

Divekick is a unique fighting game available in summer 2013 for PlayStation 3 and PS VITA. Initially developed as a fighting game parody, Divekick gained notoriety for its surprising depth and unique controls. Divekick's two-button control scheme makes it the most accessible fighting game ever, while maintaining the depth required by the tournament scene.
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is a story-driven adventure game, with seasoned hero Solid Snake drafted for one final mission. Set across stages including the Middle East and South America, the now aged Snake has been asked to assassinate his old adversary, Liquid Ocelot. To do this, however, he must make his way through a series of battlefields, using his legendary stealth abilities and all-new OctoCamo suit to avoid detection and to reach his target. With series favorites such as Meryl Silverburgh, Raiden, Hal 'Otacon' Emmerich, Eva and Roy Campbell returning, and with all new gameplay features including a remote-controlled Metal Gear Mk. II and enhanced CQC (Close Quarters Combat) system, Metal Gear Solid 4 rounds out the Metal Gear saga with a fittingly cinematic and gripping final outing.
A version of Gunhouse was originally released on the PlayStation Mobile (Vita) platform in 2014. It was coded by Jim Crawford (Frog Fractions series), with music by Disasterpeace (Fez, Hyper Light Drifter), unique visuals by magazine artist Juan Ramirez, and was directed by Brandon Sheffield (Oh, Deer!, Sine Mora EX). Since that early release, we've added more enemies, more stages, a hardcore mode, higher res graphics, more story, rotating objectives, stats tracking (offline), and a whole lot more! We also rebalanced the game, improved the tutorial, added a help section and a bunch of stuff we probably forgot! On PS4 we’ve got the most HD graphics and the highest framerate! And on Vita you can play with physical controls or touch screen! You can even switch between them on the fly if you're a big weirdo! We hope you'll have a cool time with it!
