Back in the late 2000s, WB Games was all set to make an ambitious Justice League action video game that would have featured Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern as playable characters. Aqua Man was notable absent. I can imagine there must have been technical challenges that led to his exclusion. The game was to be developed by Double Helix Games and would have featured Mongol as the main villain. It would also have showcased other DC characters such as General Zod and iconic locations from DC Mythology. In addition, the game's script would have been penned by comics legend Dwayne McDuffie and was to tie in to George Miller's Justice League: Mortal which was in development at the time.
