Coming out exclusively for the PlayStation 4, Yakuza Studios'
Judgment is set to release on the 25th of June and will have fans of the
Yakuza series excited to play it.
Judgment is somewhat of a spin-off of the
Yakuza series, although it has been confirmed that no characters from
Yakuza will be showing up in the game. Nevertheless, players will feel right at home in this new spin-off title, which uses the same game engine seen in
Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.
According to the latest features trailer released for Yakuza Studios'
Judgment, players will be doing a lot of detective work to solve crimes, chase suspects, fight a few enemies along the way, and even play some classic Sega games by going to the in-game arcade in the same fashion as the
Yakuza series.
Taking a few notes from the
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series,
Judgment will also have players reviewing their evidence in order to find the culprit. Going undercover will also help players infiltrate certain areas without drawing attention to them, by wearing a plethora of outfits depending on the occasion.
