It's been well over a year since Netflix and Capcom teamed up to produce an anime series based on the popular Dragon's Dogma video game. No tentative release date was shared at the time of the announcement, but the news itself was enough to get fans excited.
Just this year, Netflix has begun sharing more information about the upcomign anime series; from the cast of actors and actresses that will be bringing the characters to live, to trailers that give fans a glimpse of what's to come once the show finally becomes available.
A few months ago, in fact, Netflix finally revealed that Dragon's Dogma is set to begin streaming on the popular platform next Thursday the 17th of September, and a few weeks ago, we also got a first official trailer for the highly anticipated anime series.
Dragon's Dogma will consist of 7 episodes, but Netflix still hasn't confirmed whether we will be getting all 7 of them next week, or if they will be released one episode at a time, although it is more than likely that we will be getting all episodes at once.
For those of you who just can't wait for the series to drop, Netflix has recently shared the opening credits sequence. As it is to be expected from Netflix productions, we don't really get any footage from the series itself, but it is still a pretty awesome opening.
