Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was unveiled last month and will release in three month's time. Infinity Ward, the developers of the upcoming instalment in the first-person shooter series, recently took to social media (@InfinityWard) to tease the upcoming reveal of a new multiplayer mode named: Gunfight.

The studio has enlisted some well-known members of the Call of Duty community to participate in the reveal: CouRageJD, LEGIQN, Syndicate, and TeeP. Gunfight itself is said to be a two-versus-two mode, so the reveal will presumably consist of the afformentioned influencers playing against each other.

While the coming reveal of Gunfight could bring with it some actual gameplay footage, you'd think that Infinity Ward would be making a bigger deal out of it if that were the case - seeing as we haven't seen any actual gameplay of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare yet.

Nonetheless, the livestream will be taking place at 10am PST on July 11th. Be sure to tune in to potentially see some Call of Duty: Modern Warfare gameplay. Check out Infinity Ward's announcement tweet below:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is set to release on October 25th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
