Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was released yesterday for the Nintendo Switch, and players had already started noticing a bunch of performance issues that tainted their experience with the game.

505 Games immediately addressed this issue, announcing that they were already working on a series of small updates that promised to improve the game's performance — although they didn't specifically say what they'd fix, or when these updates would begin to release.

Today, 505 Games has updated fans on their progress regarding Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night for the Nintend oSwitch, revealing that they will also be doing a full localization pass on all languages.

It was also revealed that Way Forward and ArtPlay are already working on fixing the HD Rumble compatibility, adding more stability to avoid undesired crashes, optimizing Miriam's jump, optimizing animation of certain enemies, fixing issues with input delay, and overall working on providing better loading times.

Play as Miriam, an orphan scarred by an alchemist's curse that slowly crystallizes her body. Battle through a demon-infested castle and defeat its master to save yourself, and all of humanity.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam.
